Abstract

This paper analyses the concept of subjectivation of work, which expresses the transformations of the organization of the work in neoliberal capitalism. It also explores the capacity of other concepts characteristic of the Critical Theory, such as “real subsumption” and “psychic introjection of social con-
flicts”, to render visible the experiential dimension of the social antagonisms and the impossibility of a total appropriation of the individuals because of these antagonisms.
